What do I own?
Everything that matters: your domain, your content, your photos, your brand. The domain is registered in your name during setup, so it's yours from day one. We handle the technical stack (DNS, hosting, security, renewals) so you don't have to manage vendors. If you ever decide to part ways, the domain and content come with you. No hostage situations.
What's the difference between this and Wix or Squarespace?
Wix and Squarespace want $30/month and your weekends. We're $149/month and zero of your time. We build, host, update, and maintain everything. You don't even need to log in.
How long does it take from start to live?
Typically 7 to 10 business days. The preview is usually ready 2 to 3 business days after our call. Once you approve it, we launch within 5 business days. Most agencies take 8 to 12 weeks.
What's included in the monthly updates?
Day-to-day changes like new hours, updated photos, refreshed copy, swapping a staff bio, or posting a seasonal promo. New pages, full redesigns, or larger projects we'll quote separately based on the work.
What happens if I cancel?
30 days notice and we wind down cleanly. You keep your domain. We can transfer the site code and content to wherever you're going next. No early-termination fees, no holding things hostage.
